These terms govern your use of freecollective.store and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Free Collective is a sustainable fitness apparel and accessories brand operating as Free Collective For Fashion & Clothing Design, trade licence CN-6133779, registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Free Collective. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Using this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the site in any way that breaches UAE law or any applicable local law
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system
Introduce malicious code, scrape the site systematically, or interfere with its operation
Use our content, imagery, or branding for commercial purposes without written permission

We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time without notice.

3. Products

We do our best to represent colours, materials, and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and natural fibres like hemp, bamboo, and organic cotton show variation between batches. Slight differences in tone or texture are a feature of the material, not a defect.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll notify you and refund you in full.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed only when payment clears and we send you a confirmation email. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we're not obliged to fulfil the order at that price — we'll contact you with the correct price or cancel and refund you.

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined, and can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Shipping

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our control. For international orders, you're responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country.

6. Returns

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Note in particular that intimate products — underwear, socks, sports bras, and any sealed base-layer garment — are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — designs, photography, video, graphics, text, logos, and the Free Collective name — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by UAE and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written consent.

If you tag us or use our hashtags on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost that content on our own channels with credit. Tell us at hello@freecollective.store if you'd rather we didn't and we'll take it down.

8. Our giving commitment

We donate a portion of revenue to charitable causes. The specific amount, recipients, and periods are described on our site and may change. This is a voluntary commitment, not a contractual term of sale.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't be limited under UAE law.

Beyond that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss of data.

Our products are athletic apparel. You're responsible for training safely and within your own limits. We're not liable for injury sustained while training in our products.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on the site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [EMIRATE], UAE.
